Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

TSLEEVE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, cancellations may not be possible because the order may already be processed or shipped.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

* Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and item.
* We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
